Strike Collectors Camp
Our first specialty camp of the season, "Strike Collectors" was held Sunday. We had a great group of baseball and softball players who worked hard and learned some great skills to carry with them into their season.

The camp featured not only learning how to receive, block, throw, but even how to be a leader on the field and help your team. Catchers are the only player on the field that can see everyone! Thank you for those who attended and we will definitely having more camps coming your way.
How M-Pact Got Started
We wanted to make playing for M-Pact Baseball more than a team to put your kid on. We wanted to create a community of like-minded people who are looking out for our most important asset, our children. Doing this in an environment of helping one another along the way.
I wanted to take this newsletter and introduce myself to everyone and give some background to what my WHY is in everything we do here at M-Pact. I believe in having a purpose at the center of all you do. I also know I am far from perfect so sharing my devotional thoughts is purely to help me grow and hopefully share with you maybe the same things we are all going through as parents.

When our son was 9, we were seeing some of those old scars I had from baseball coming back. At the same time, my wife and I were helping establish Mission Road church from the beginning. I was speaking every other week in the church, helping build the building, and wanted to help spread the word on God’s Glory.
Colossians 3:23
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.
That verse triggered something within me that whatever we do, we can do it to try and show God’s glory in all we do. It doesn’t have to be done from a preacher’s pedestal in a church building.
We never intended for M-Pact to become what it has become but decided to let God lead the way. We have had many errors along the way but those were necessary to show us a better richer way to make this community what it has become.
I have a deep passion for helping kids reach their potential not only as players but as people. Seeing all these players on a varsity roster someday im-Pacting the dugouts, helping shape the culture of the school teams are the trophies I hope for. M-Pact has so many great people who share that goal and it really inspires me to share that with everyone.
Thank you all for being a part of this community and I cant wait to see all the great things these young people do but what we can do to iM-Pact our area!

Fan Store
Our fan store is open for business with some new items and some old favorites brought back. We are also working on a "designer line" of fan gear for players and parents.
Looking Forward
Elite Infielder Camp
We have spent years working with some of the best infield teachers in the country to provide some of that knowledge to our own players. Our infield camp will be coming in February. Most likely going to be a 2 day event split up by age. Our program has helped develop some of the top defensive players in our area.
Final Thoughts
As we are starting up our training for the 2023 season, I wanted to share a thought I read about goals.
"Purpose driven goals sell more items, win more games, enhance performance and lead to outcomes that far surpass your numbered goals."
Helping our players find their own purpose or their WHY at the center of their development can light a fire inside them that could carry them far in this game.
