ABOUT US

BEGINNINGS
M-Pact Baseball began in 2017 with a single team of local Shawnee kids. We built a small dirt field at Mission Road Church for somewhere to practice. Our philosophy was create a positive environment for kids to grow a love for the game. We focused our teaching on a "One Another" approach stated in the New Testament over 100 times.

GROWTH
We learned quickly that our unique approach was what others were looking for and we expanded our reach into other age groups with teams committed to the Mission.

OUR MISSION FIELDS
Our home field sits just behind Mission Road Church, where we’ve been blessed with the opportunity to build more than just ballplayers. Through the generosity and shared vision of the church family, M-Pact was given space to operate with a clear purpose:
To make the mission the priority — not just the results.
This field is more than a place to train. It’s where character is shaped, values are instilled, and a community of young athletes learns what it means to play with purpose.

CULTURE IS BUILT OVER TIME
A lot of teams talk about culture — but at M-Pact, we’ve spent nearly a decade intentionally defining and building it.
Our culture is shaped by lessons learned, passed down through multiple generations of players, and grounded in a Scripture-based environment. It doesn’t happen by accident, and it doesn’t stop growing. Culture is what you do — not just who you are.
We’ve refined our approach over time, and now our next generation is proudly taking the reins.
Because we’re more than baseball.
We offer:
Church in the Dirt
Parent programs
Athlete training & development
Community events
Camps
And a brotherhood that lasts

TRAIN MORE - LOVE THE PROCESS
At M-Pact, we teach our players that the process matters more than the outcome. Competing is important, but true development happens through consistent, intentional work — not by playing 100 games and hoping for results.
We believe in:
Thought-out processes
Proven routines
Measurable progress
Our athletes learn to reflect on their journey, embrace the small wins, and love the growth — not just “the grind.” It’s about showing up, doing the work, and becoming better one step at a time.
