The Season is HERE!
We are really excited for the 2026 Season for so many reasons! M-Pact is entering a new generation of players and the future is bright. This year will officially bring our first High School graduating class. Our original team are now all seniors!
To kick us off, I wanted to share a quick thought for us as parents and as players. Going through this world as a player and now as a parent, I can attest, this can be a difficult journey! However, every bump in the road has lead us to something better and God's plan is always revealed to you.

We are told in Mathew 7:13 that the gate is narrow path is the difficult one. We are always going to face challenges but that is how we grow and perservere.
Mathew 7:13 -14
Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy[a] that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
Building our foundation was not easy. This graduating class can attest to some of the challenges! However, we will are so thankful that we took the difficult path because what has been built is such a unique experience in this sport.
Thank you to each and every one of you! We hope this is the best season of M-Pact yet!

Field Work Day
Thanks to your memberships, we are going to repair some of the important pieces of the M-Pact fields. New backstop netting has been ordered! We will hold a work day for general clean up and installing the new nets soon. Look for dates and times in your GroupMe's!
We dont have any major construction projects this year thankfully! Just basic clean up and getting the dirt smoothed up.
M-Pact Exclusive Training
When we launched the membership plan, we wanted to provide you tools as a parent to help your player with their personal growth. Not just with skills, but also the mental game plus the spiritual piece.
We spent years building our frameworks on all aspects of training. Every program we developed was tested by our players, special test groups, and some even used at some colleges.
Once you place your membership, you are automatically enrolled in the programs. You have full access to drills, video breakdowns, and even the WHY behind every drill. Most drills can be done at home.
We want to champion you as a parent to be involved with your player in thier journey. One rule my son and I made was if he ask, I will never say NO. We will go hit, play catch, take ground balls, whatever he asked for. That has resulted in some midnight batting cage sessions but I wouldn't trade that for the world.
Here is a list of our programs:
Swing Blueprint - Drills to break down the swing for all ages
Hitting Blueprint 2.0 - Breaking down hitting at the next level. Program has produced multiple college signees
Fielding Blueprint - Same program Coach Conley designed for a D2 college, but broken down for all ages. This program has produced Gold Glove winners and other high level defensive players.
Velo Builder - Pitching Program with new plans under testing right now with small groups.
Mental Training Game Plan - How to play the mental game and perform your best.
7th Tool - Our spiritual training program foundation

Final Thoughts
from Coach Conley
I get the blessing to coach in college all the way down to our little guys when I am asked. There is a saying in baseball, "90% of this game is mental", but we only spend 10% of our time working on it. So, my thought is:
When is too young to work on the mental game?
The Mental Game is helping players process failure, be more preparred, and learn to enjoy the steps along the way.
Ask your player a few questions:
Remember a big hit or a big defensive play. Right before that play happened, what was going through your mind? Where you fired up or calm?
Now, they have taken one step towards learning the mental game!
