2025 Year in Review
M-Pact had a great year in 2025! We turned our focus inward this year to build a foundation that is sustainable and provides opportunities at all levels for success. A HUGE thank you to everyone that is a part of this family and I know 2026 will be even better because you are a part of this!
How our journey is shaping us

We talk to our older players about dealing with failure and how to bounce back from it. It's not always easy but neither is our everyday life. We love to use baseball as a teaching tool because it mirrors life so closely. You hit the ball as hard as possible and it goes straight to someone! James 1:2-3
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness.
We will be launching the 7 Tool Nation in the next few weeks. A top to bottom training program for players and parents to navigate being not just a player, but someone who is centered and ready to take on any challenge.

Message Received
We understand there have been some confusion around the Membership Programs. We heard your concerns in the Feedback Request we sent out and we wanted to address these.
All M-Pact Players will be required to have a membership on file. We gave the $10 a month option this fall to offload your expenses when the season starts. Getting Fall buy in was difficult but it will be a required for each play. It's the only way we can cover all the expenses. This website you are reading now was renewed this week, insurance is due in 3 months. It all adds up quick!
The fields - There was a complaint on the fields. With all the rain this spring, we spent double our budget keeping the weeds out of the dirt. These are cost that we are using with the Membership Program. Our goal is to improve ALL the fields this spring when we get full participation.
We aren't giving you nothing in return! - For the cost of about two private lessons in the Membership Program, you get access to 11 different training programs for you are your players. We want to start a movement of parents working with their players at home! Time with your kid is precious and the sooner they learn this is a game and the learning is the fun part, the longer they will stay in it.
Final Thoughts
When things don't go well it's easy to wonder, "Why me?" It's easy to point fingers. It's easy to wallow in frustration or defeat.
But it is also easy to ask, "What is this teaching me?"
You can't remove the frustrations from life, but you can always try to come out a little wiser on the other side.
