Fall High School Player Development Program

There are some gaps in how players are playing this game today and we want to help them fix it! We have fallen into a play more, train less style of development with modern baseball. This program is designed to flip that around and provide more training to help players reach their potential. We have worked closely with some of the best trainers and best manufactures in baseball to provide a true program to improve all aspects of their game. 

• Personal Training Plans - Gym Program or the Bodyweight Non-Gym required program to improve strength and speed
• Weekly Skill Specific Sessions with qualified Coaches - Pitcher of the Year Eli Davis, ABCA and USA Baseball Coach Jason Conley, and more
• Week Data measurements - Velocities, Swing Metrics, and speed measured weekly
• Movement Training to improve Mobility
• Throwing plan for all positions 
• Hitting, Fielding, Catching detailed training
• Mind, Body, Spirit Training - We will spend time on the most neglected parts of this game. The mental game removes more players abilities than people realize. We have developed methods to help players understand themselves better and be more aligned with the moment. 

We will take this weekly training and put it to the test in a few ways. We have our own field that we can have full games that will be videoed, structured game situations to teach baseball IQ, and provide quality reps. In addition to that, we have a few events that players can enter to play live games against outside competiton.
